Andrea Weaver earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude, from Muhlenberg College in 2000 and her law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2003, where she served as Executive Editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. In addition, she was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. She is also admitted and has been before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Ms. Weaver has defended employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation matters for over 20 years. Her experience includes the effective litigation of motions for medical and temporary disability benefits in the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation, as well as successful appellate advocacy before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Weaver is an active member of the New Jersey Defense Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Delaware County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania State Bar Association.

Andrea Weaver is the Managing Attorney and Owner of Weaver Bilotti Law. She represents employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
