Mr. Bilotti is a graduate of Villanova University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 1978, followed by his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1981. His practice areas included workers’ compensation, insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation, personal injury, and product liability. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Previously, Mr. Bilotti served as co-chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section and was a member of its executive committee for several years. He also chaired the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), the nation’s largest organization of civil defense attorneys, for three years.

Anthony J. Bilotti is the founding member of Anthony J. Bilotti & Associates, LLC, now Weaver Bilotti Law, located in Media, Pennsylvania. With over 40 years of experience, he now serves as Of Counsel having retired in 2024.
