Robert F. Kelly, Jr. graduated from Boston College in 1987 and earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1990, where he was selected to the Moot Court Honor Society.

With over 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation law, Mr. Kelly has handled hundreds of cases, including matters that have reached the Appellate level. He has extensive experience working with municipal employers and is recognized for his in-depth knowledge of workers’ compensation law.

Mr. Kelly is also an accomplished speaker, having presented at numerous continuing legal education seminars through the Delaware County Bar Association.

A past President of the Delaware County Bar Association, Mr. Kelly is actively involved in the organization, having served as Co-chair of the Workers’ Compensation Committee, as well as on several other committees, including the Law Day Committee, the Historical Records Committee, the Arbitration Committee, and the Judicial Selection and Retention Committee. He has also served on the Board of Directors and on the Alumni Awards Committee for Villanova University School of Law. Additionally, he was a past president of the Guy G. deFuria, American Inn of Court.

Mr. Kelly is an active participant in various local and law-related organizations, including the Brehon Law Society of Philadelphia, where he served on the Board of Directors. He is a member of the Thornbury Township (Delaware County) Historical Society and serves as a Judge of Elections for Thornbury Township. In addition, he served on the Board of the Delaware County Hero Scholarship Fund, which provides college scholarships to the children of police officers and firefighters killed in the line of duty.
